Why should I create an account ?
By creating an account you give us the basic information we need to send your orders to you, and you can change the shipping address at any time, for example to send a gift to a friend or to have your orders shipped to your office. All your addresses will be stored in your private address book which only you can access.
By having an account you can be kept informed about new products or be notified about specific products you choose, you can review all the orders you made at any time, and you can check the status of your orders.

Which personal data do you need ?
We need your basic details such as your name, address, etc. to know where to ship your orders. We also need your age because some products we sell may be restricted to over 18, and we need a telephone number. All the required fields have an asterisk (*) beside, and if you forget to fill one required field you will be warned and you cannot go ahead without filling it.
A password of your choice will protect your data, which cannot be read by anybody. The password is encrypted and even the Site Administrator cannot read it.

What about the safety of my data ?
Your data are stored safely in accordance with the italian law n. 196/03, and will be used only to supply you with the services of this online shop. Your data will not be given to any third party company. See also the Privacy section.

I forgot my password. What can I do now?
A link to obtain a new password is available on every page where you are requested to sign in. A new password will be e-mailed to you at the address you specified. The new password is calculated randomly and automatically by our system. We have no way to know it.

Can I change my password ?
Of course you can ! If you decide to change your password (either your first one or the one we sent after you forgot the first) just click on "General Information " in "MY ACCOUNT" box, then click on "Change my account password".
